Description

This course is designed to develop an understanding of the interrelationship between structure and function in the human body. It begins by introducing the student to cellular biology, inheritance, and genetic engineering. It covers various human organ systems with special emphasis on health, disease, and current health care issues. (Credit will not be given for both BSC101 and BSC103.) Students must enroll concurrently in BSC107. Three hours.
