WHEN:  Saturday, May 12, 2018, 9 am

WHERE:  Manahan Orthopaedic Capital Center (MOCC), Grace College and Seminary, 610 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, IN  46590

WHAT:  Doors open at 8 am.  Only guests with tickets will be permitted entry to the MOCC.  You are strongly encouraged to arrive prior to 8:30 am for best seating.  Commencement is expected to last 2 to 2 1/2 hours and will be followed by a recessional where graduates will take pictures with friends and professors.  If you are planning a family luncheon with your graduate that includes local restaurant reservations, you may want to make your reservation at 12:30 pm at the earliest.

Guests with tickets can enter the Manahan Orthopaedic Capital Center (MOCC) on Commencement Saturday.  Graduates do not need tickets.  Only graduates can request tickets for their guests.  Graduates request tickets from February 2, 2018 through March 15, 2018.  Graduates may request 4 tickets and request to be placed on a waiting list for the potential of additional tickets.  All tickets will be distributed to graduates with their cap and gown at the end of March or in early April.  After this time, there will be no more tickets to distribute for Commencement.

Tickets allow entrance into the MOCC but do not guarantee a specific seat assignment.  All guests of any age, except children age 2 and younger, are expected to have a ticket for entry to the MOCC.  Tickets are free of charge.

Guests who arrive to campus without a ticket may watch the Commencement ceremony in our overflow location on-campus, Alpha Dining Commons.  Some light morning refreshments will be available there for guests as they watch Commencement on the indoor monitors.  Guests in this overflow space can re-connect with their graduates outside the MOCC after the Recessional as all the graduates spill out onto the lawn for pictures.

Still need additional tickets?  Encourage your graduate to utilize the Commencement Ticket Exchange Board on the Commencement Portal site for graduates or to network with fellow graduates via other social media sites.
