Description

Professional skill development is the emphasis of this course. Students will learn to identify client issues that impact wellness, and gain proficiency in basic counseling skills through instruction, modeling, and practice. Students will develop awareness of strengths and weaknesses in relating to others, and explore how interpersonal factors influence therapy. (Three hours). Prerequisites: CPY 5100.
