Grace College & Theological Seminary Ceremonies

This year's commencement ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025.  Graduates will participate in the ceremony of their academic school - double majors according to the “lead” (first listed) degree chosen on the graduation application and blended students according to their “highest” (Master’s) degree.

 

Ceremony dates and times are as follows:

Saturday, May 10 at 9:00 a.m. for School of Arts & Humanities, School of Science & Engineering, School of Behavioral Science, School of Education

Saturday, May 10 at 1:00 p.m. for School of Business, School of Ministry Studies, School of Professional & Online Education, Grace Theological Seminary

 

Seating is first come first served. Each graduate participating in the ceremony will receive tickets to be used for your family and friends. Each ceremony will be professionally live-streamed for those cheering you on but not attending in person. 

Only guests with tickets can enter the Manahan Orthopaedic Capital Center (MOCC). Each graduate participating in the ceremony will receive 4 tickets to be used for your family and friends.  Graduates will be able to request 4 additional tickets in March.

All guests of any age, except children age 3 and younger, are expected to have a ticket for entry to the MOCC. Tickets are free of charge and may not be sold.

Live Stream - Each ceremony will be professionally live streamed for those not able to attend the ceremony.  The live stream will be accessed through the Grace website homepage or www.grace.edu/liveThere will be no overflow location on campus this year.

No rehearsal.  Graduates are to arrive 60-90 minutes before their ceremony to check in and line up.

2025 Graduates Dessert Event 

There will be a Presidential Dessert on May 9th from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at Rodeheaver Auditorium (Formerly Winona Heritage Room - 901 Park Avenue, Winona Lake). Come and enjoy great refreshments with your favorite faculty members and administrators. Parents and family are also invited.

Graduation Roses - Red roses will be available for purchase the day of Commencement.

Photos - A professional photographer will be taking pictures of each graduate during Commencement.  Within three weeks following Commencement, graduates will receive photo proofs by email and mail from our photographer.
