5. I work in this building / I am a visitor to the building.
6. I've never received a ticket for this before.
7. I've noticed others park like this all the time.
8. I don't have enough money to cover the fine.
9. I was just dropping something off / I was only inside for X minutes.
10. There weren’t any parking spaces left in my lot.
